Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a lovely location not too far from Universal Studio and was close to various attractions, making it convenient for families. The rooms faced a well-landscaped courtyard, but they were not as clean as expected and appeared a bit more run down. The service was accommodating and friendly, although it had its difficulties. The dining experience was lacking in protein options, which was disappointing.
The hotel had some positives like friendly service and a convenient location but fell short with run-down rooms and limited dining options. The value for money was decent overall.
My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel rooms were adequate, but they had some dings and scratches, and the furniture felt outdated. The cleanliness was decent, but I noticed some mold and wall swelling from water. Parking near my room was convenient, but the location felt a bit secluded with the door open to the parking lot. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff who were very friendly and attentive. The dining experience left something to be desired with typical but limited fare. Overall, it was an okay experience with some notable ups and downs.
